"I’ve been a Hair and Makeup artist in the wedding industry for 6 years, never having been mentored or guided in this industry. In early 2024, I was starting to feel lost and lacking a sense of identity and purpose in my business, however I wanted to grow and develop so I explored business coaching and found Claire.
Immediately Claire gave off such a fun and energetic vibe, so I knew I was in the right place. Before we booked any sessions in, we discussed what I wanted to achieve so she knew the best route for me.
We booked me in for an afternoon coaching session, met for coffee with our laptops, and took a deep dive into my website which had no essence of my personality and was giving off a very generic vibe. Claire talked me through the elements I should include whilst looking through examples of other websites as inspiration. We discussed my booking process and how to streamline this for my brides to give a more professional experience and Claire recommend a variety of tools to help with this.
Finally we discussed who my ideal bride is, and the type of clientele I want to attract. I had never given much thought to this before, but it opened me up to a whole new way of running my business and ensure I book the work I am excited to do.
We followed up with a few worksheets and guides to help me take Claire’s advice on board, and in the few months since my session with Claire, I have a newly designed website which just screams me and my personality, and I am attracting more of my ideal brides. Claire also checks in frequently to see how I am getting on, and I am so grateful for her support.
