By signing up for 1:1 coaching or mentorship with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure clarity, professionalism, and a smooth working relationship. If you have any questions, just ask—no nonsense, no confusion.

• Coaching and mentorship provide guidance, strategies, and accountability to help you grow your bridal hair and makeup business.
• This is not a done-for-you service—I’ll provide support, but you’re responsible for taking action and implementing what we discuss.
• I do not guarantee specific results—your success depends on your effort, commitment, and willingness to step out of your comfort zone.

• Full payment (or agreed-upon payment plan) is required to secure your spot.
• Payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you need to reschedule, see the cancellation policy below.
• If paying via a payment plan, all payments must be made on time. Late payments may result in suspension of sessions until payment is received.
• Coaching sessions will take place via google meet or in person as arranged.
• It’s your responsibility to show up on time—lateness may result in a shorter session, as I can’t always extend beyond the scheduled time.
• If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be given.

• If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice.
• Cancellations with less than the required notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund.
• If I need to reschedule for any reason, I will do my best to accommodate you at a mutually convenient time.
• All coaching discussions are confidential—what we talk about stays between us (unless you have agreed with me to share things on social media etc, even if very brief)
• Likewise, I expect you to respect the privacy of any materials, resources, or discussions we have.
• You agree not to share or distribute any proprietary coaching materials without permission.
• Be open, honest, and committed to the process—half-hearted effort leads to half-hearted results.
• Take ownership of your progress and actions—coaching is a partnership, not a magic fix.
• Communicate any challenges or roadblocks so we can address them together.
• Coaching is designed to help you grow your business, but I cannot guarantee financial success or specific outcomes.
• I am not a legal, financial, or mental health professional—any decisions you make are your own responsibility.
• You acknowledge that all advice given is based on experience and industry best practices, but you are responsible for implementing and adapting it to your unique business.
• Either party may terminate coaching with written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for completed or scheduled sessions.
• I reserve the right to terminate coaching if you violate these terms, behave inappropriately, or fail to make payments.
These terms may be updated as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
