The Pocket Coach Network – Terms & Conditions

By joining The Pocket Coach Network (“the Community”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing your membership.

1. The Basics

  • The Pocket Coach Network is a coaching community for bridal hair & makeup artists, run by Claire Jane.

  • Membership options:

    • The Aligned Artist – community access, group coaching, resources.

    • The Embodied CEO – includes all of the above plus 1:1 coaching sessions and personalised support.

  • By signing up, you confirm you are over 18 and purchasing for yourself (not on behalf of someone else).

2. What You Get

Depending on your membership tier, you will receive:

  • Access to live monthly coaching calls (and replays if available).

  • Access to the resource hub (templates, workbooks, trainings).

  • Weekly motivational check-ins and accountability drops.

  • Access to the private community space (group chat or platform).

  • For Embodied CEO members: 3x private 1:1 coaching sessions and a personalised roadmap.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or adapt resources and sessions to keep the program fresh and relevant.

3. Payments & Membership

  • All payments are to be made via our official checkout system.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased. Please make sure this is right for you before joining.

  • Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full – cancelling your plan does not cancel your obligation to pay.

  • If your payment fails, access to the Community will be paused until it’s resolved.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds are offered for change of mind, lack of time, or unused resources.

  • You may cancel future renewals (if ongoing membership is offered), but any payments already made are non-refundable.

  • If you are on a fixed-term program (e.g., 6 months), you are committing to that period.

5. Behaviour & Community Standards

We’re all about empowerment, support, and real talk. By joining, you agree to:

  • Respect others in the group – no bullying, shaming, or trolling.

  • Keep group discussions confidential – what’s shared in the community, stays in the community.

  • Not share, copy, or distribute our resources, templates, or trainings outside of your own business use.

  • Not use the community to spam, sell, or self-promote your own services unless invited.

We reserve the right to remove any member who breaks these rules without refund.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

  • All strategies, advice, and resources are provided to support your growth, but results are not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for implementing the advice and taking action in your own business.

  • Coaching is not therapy – if you need mental health support, please seek a qualified professional.

7. 1:1 Sessions (Embodied CEO Members)

  • 1:1 sessions must be scheduled within your membership period.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited.

  • Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe – unused sessions cannot be carried over or refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content inside The Pocket Coach Network (resources, templates, trainings, recordings, etc.) is owned by Claire Janes Totally You Ltd.

  • You are granted personal use only.

  • You may not copy, share, sell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any business losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your participation in the Community. By joining, you accept full responsibility for the results (or lack thereof) in your business.
