ALIGNED UNFUCKERY COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before booking. By securing your mentoring spot, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following.

1. THE SERVICE

These terms apply to 1:1 mentoring delivered by Claire of Aligned Unfuckery Coaching, via video/phone call or in-person session.

Mentoring is a collaborative, conversational process. Sessions are designed to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and take action in your business. It is not consulting, done-for-you services, or therapy. Any actions you take as a result of our work together are entirely your own decision and responsibility.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Your mentoring package includes what is explicitly outlined in your booking confirmation or proposal. Anything outside of that scope — including additional calls, written feedback, content reviews, or message support between sessions — is not included unless agreed in writing.

If you'd like to add to your package, just ask and we'll sort it.

3. PAYMENT

​

Full payment or the first instalment (where a payment plan is agreed) is due before your first session takes place. No session will be held until payment has been received and cleared.

Where a payment plan is in place, instalments must be paid on the agreed dates. If a payment is missed, sessions will be paused until the account is brought up to date. Continued non-payment may result in the remainder of the package being cancelled, with no refund issued for sessions already delivered.

4. REFUNDS

​

Due to the nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

If you change your mind before your first session, a refund may be considered at Claire's discretion, minus any administration costs. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions where you have chosen not to continue, failed to show up, or cancelled outside of the notice period outlined below.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

​

Life happens — I get it. Here's how it works:

• To reschedule or cancel a session, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

• Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled once within the agreed package timeframe, subject to availability.

• If Claire needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be given as much notice as possible and an alternative time will be offered.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the remaining sessions being forfeited without refund.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

​

What's shared in our sessions stays between us. Claire will not discuss your business, personal circumstances, or session content with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

In return, you agree to keep any materials, frameworks, or processes shared during mentoring confidential and not to reproduce or share them without permission.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

​

Mentoring can be genuinely transformative — but your results depend on you. Claire will show up fully prepared and committed to every session. What you do with the work between sessions is down to you.

Aligned Unfuckery Coaching makes no guarantees of specific outcomes, income levels, or business results. Testimonials from past clients reflect their own individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

Any frameworks, tools, templates, or materials shared during your mentoring are the intellectual property of Aligned Unfuckery Coaching and are for your personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used as the basis for your own products or programmes without written permission.

9. CONDUCT

​

Claire is committed to showing up with respect, care, and full presence. The same is expected in return. If conduct during sessions becomes disrespectful or harmful, Claire reserves the right to end the working relationship immediately. In this instance, any remaining sessions will be forfeited without refund.

10. GOVERNING LAW

​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By booking a mentoring session or package with Aligned Unfuckery Coaching, you agree to these terms in full.
